Arthur H. Sorey III is a veteran public administrator and strategic consultant with over 25 years of experience in municipal operations, redevelopment, and public-private partnerships. As Founder of Sorey Solutions, he advises municipalities, developers, and businesses on government affairs, permitting, infrastructure planning, and community development strategies.
A former City Manager of North Miami Beach and Deputy City Manager of North Miami, Arthur has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led major infrastructure projects, and revitalized community redevelopment agencies. His firm is actively involved in housing, smart city infrastructure, youth workforce training, and medical and recreational facility development.
Arthur holds an MPA from FIU, is a Harvard Kennedy School executive program graduate, and is a certified Redevelopment Professional. He is known for delivering practical solutions that drive community impact and sustainable growth.
